Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using SpiritLed.app, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these terms.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep your device and sign-in credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law.

A reflection tool, not professional advice

SpiritLed.app provides journaling, dream capture, pattern exploration, educational resources, and optional AI-assisted reflection. It is not medical care, mental-health treatment, crisis support, legal advice, or a substitute for prayer, Scripture, pastoral care, or trusted relationships you freely choose.

If you are in immediate danger or may harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services. In the United States, you can call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

AI, dreams, and discernment

AI-generated text, images, transcriptions, themes, and dream possibilities can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected. They are not facts, diagnoses, predictions, prophecy, divine messages, or spiritually correct answers. You remain responsible for your decisions and may ignore any output.

SpiritLed.app is not intended to shame, judge, or attempt to change a person’s sexual orientation, gender identity, beliefs, boundaries, or response to religious harm.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. You give SpiritLed App LLC a limited permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as necessary to provide features you request, secure the service, and comply with law. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except for limited copies we are legally required or technically permitted to retain.

You are responsible for having the right to upload content and for choosing what you record, import, share, or export.

Acceptable use

Do not use SpiritLed.app to violate law or another person’s rights; distribute malware or harmful material; harass, exploit, or threaten anyone; reverse engineer or disrupt the service; probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization; evade limits; or access another person’s account or private information.

Subscriptions and third-party services

Paid features, prices, billing periods, trial terms, and renewal details will be shown before purchase. Purchases made through an app store are also governed by that store’s billing and cancellation rules. Deleting SpiritLed.app does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription.

The service depends on providers for authentication, hosting, AI processing you choose, payments, and distribution. Their own terms may apply to your direct relationship with them.

Availability and changes

Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Beta and early-access features may contain errors. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address nonpayment.

Disclaimers and limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpiritLed.app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular spiritual, personal, or professional outcome. SpiritLed App LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages where such limitations are legally permitted. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending your use

You may stop using the service at any time. To remove your account and associated data, follow the Data Deletion instructions. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and lawful limits of liability—will continue to apply.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required.
