Who we are

SpiritLed.app is operated by SpiritLed App LLC. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to admin@spiritled.app.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, display name, account identifier, and basic profile information provided through Auth0 or a social sign-in provider such as Apple, Google, or Facebook. We do not receive your social-provider password.
• Private content: journals, dreams, prayers, gratitude entries, images, transcripts, prompts, and other material you choose to create or import.
• Website submissions: the name, email address, topic, message, and marketing consent you submit through our contact or early-access forms.
• Service data: consent choices, subscription entitlement status, sync metadata, and limited technical logs used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

How private content is stored

Journal and reflection content is designed to remain private to your account. Content is stored locally using protected device storage. When a supported sync feature uploads journal data, SpiritLed.app sends encrypted content and the technical metadata needed to keep devices in sync. Encryption keys are kept separately from the synced ciphertext.

No system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your device passcode and SpiritLed.app recovery information private, and contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

How we use information

• Provide authentication, storage, backup, sync, search, reflection, and image features you request.
• Maintain account preferences, consent records, and subscription access.
• Respond to support requests and send early-access or product updates when you have opted in.
• Protect the service, investigate errors or misuse, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell private journal content or use it for targeted advertising.

Optional AI features

Some AI features can run on your device. A cloud AI feature is used only after you choose the feature and provide the required consent. SpiritLed.app sends only the content needed to produce the requested reflection, transcription, search result, or image to the service provider supporting that feature.

AI output is generated content and may be inaccurate. It is offered as an optional reflection aid, not spiritual authority, medical or mental-health advice, a prediction, or a declaration about what God is saying. You can revoke cloud AI consent in the app.

When information is shared

We disclose information only as needed to service providers that help us operate authentication, protected storage, cloud AI features you select, email, customer support, payments, and app distribution; when you direct us to share or export something; to comply with law or protect people and the service; or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and deletion

We keep account information while your account is active and retain other information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above. Deletion may not immediately remove limited security logs, transaction records, or backup copies that we must retain for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or reliable service restoration.

You can initiate deletion in the app or follow our Data Deletion instructions. You may also ask to access or correct account information by emailing us. We may verify that you control the account before fulfilling a request.

Children

SpiritLed.app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required by law.
